Fuller, defined lips, natural expression
Professional services we offer in Lip Aesthetics
We add volume and definition to thin or ageing lips using fat transfer, implants or filler. The goal is fuller, firmer lips and a clearer lip border while keeping a natural expression. Your surgeon will recommend the best option for your anatomy and goals.
When lips are naturally very full and the patient wishes a more balanced look, we can reduce bulk and refine shape. Lip reduction is performed with care to preserve a natural contour and symmetry.
After cancer or trauma, part of the lip may need to be rebuilt. Reconstructive lip surgery restores structure, appearance and—crucially—function: speaking, eating and facial expression. We work to achieve the best possible aesthetic and functional outcome.
We assess your lip shape, volume and goals. We discuss whether you need augmentation (more volume), reduction (less bulk) or reconstruction, and explain the best techniques—surgery, fat transfer, or filler—for your case.
Depending on the plan: augmentation may use filler, fat transfer or an implant; reduction involves careful removal of tissue; reconstruction rebuilds the lip with local flaps or grafts. Anaesthesia and incisions are chosen to minimise scarring and maximise comfort.
Swelling and mild bruising are normal. We give you clear aftercare instructions. For filler or minor procedures, recovery is often a few days. For surgery or reconstruction, healing may take one to two weeks before you feel back to normal.
Lips look fuller and more defined, or—in reduction—more balanced. In reconstruction, both appearance and function (speech, eating, expression) are restored as far as possible. We support you through follow-up to ensure the best outcome.
Swelling and possible bruising. Avoid pressing or stretching the lips. Follow aftercare. For filler-only, many resume light activities quickly.
Swelling goes down. Stitches removed if used. Avoid very hot food and extreme facial movements as advised.
Lip contour settles. Final shape becomes clearer. You can usually resume all normal activities.
Final result. Natural, balanced lips. For reconstruction, further refinements may be discussed at follow-up.
Like the rest of the face, lips lose volume as skin, muscle and fat decrease over time. Gravity also contributes to sagging. Lip aesthetics can restore volume and definition or refine excess fullness.
Filler adds volume with hyaluronic acid and is reversible; results last months to over a year. Augmentation with fat transfer or implants is more permanent. Your surgeon will recommend the best option for your goals.
Patients whose lips are naturally very full and who wish for a more balanced, refined look. We assess symmetry and proportion and plan the procedure to preserve a natural contour.
After loss of lip tissue (e.g. due to cancer), we rebuild the lip using local flaps or grafts. The aim is to restore appearance and, importantly, function—speech, eating and expression. These procedures are planned individually and may require more than one stage.
