Our Services

Professional services we offer in Buttock Aesthetics

Fat Transfer to Buttocks

Your own fat is harvested from donor areas—back, flanks or abdomen—and carefully injected into the buttocks to add volume, improve shape and create a balanced silhouette. No implants, no foreign material.

Your own fat
Natural volume
Balanced proportions
Lasting result

Two Benefits in One

Donor areas are slimmer and more contoured while the buttocks gain volume. One procedure addresses both: reduce where you don’t want fat and add where you do.

Slimmer back & belly
Fuller buttocks
Single procedure
Harmonious contour

Stem-Cell Rich Fat

Harvested fat contains living cells and stem cells, which support survival and integration in the buttocks. We handle the fat with care to maximise the amount that stays.

Living tissue
Stem-cell rich
High survival rate
Natural feel

No Rejection Risk

Because the transferred tissue is your own fat, your body does not reject it. There are no implants to worry about—just natural, safe augmentation with your own cells.

Autologous tissue
No rejection
No implants
Safe & natural

Procedure Steps

1

Consultation

We assess your donor areas (back, flanks, abdomen) and buttock goals. We explain fat transfer, expected volume and the one procedure that slims donor zones and augments the buttocks.

2

Planning

Donor and recipient areas are marked. We plan how much fat to harvest and how to distribute it for a natural, symmetrical result. Pre-operative instructions are given.

3

Surgery

Fat is harvested (e.g. with liposuction) from the chosen areas, processed to keep the healthiest cells, and injected into the buttocks. The procedure typically takes around two hours.

4

Recovery & Results

You wear compression on donor areas and avoid sitting directly on the buttocks as advised. Swelling subsides over weeks; final shape is visible within a few months. Results are long-lasting with stable weight.

Recovery Information

Week 1

Compression on donor areas. Avoid prolonged sitting on buttocks to protect the transferred fat. Rest and light walking. Swelling is normal.

Week 2–4

Gradual return to light activities. Continue avoiding direct pressure on buttocks as recommended. Most swelling begins to settle.

Month 1–3

Shape becomes clearer. A proportion of the transferred fat will have integrated; the rest is reabsorbed. You can usually resume normal activities.

Month 6+

Final result. Natural, lasting volume and contour. Maintain with stable weight and healthy lifestyle.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much fat survives after transfer?

A significant proportion of the transferred fat typically survives because it is living, stem-cell rich tissue. We use careful technique to maximise survival. Some fat is reabsorbed in the first months; the rest integrates long term.

Where is the fat taken from?

Common donor areas are the back, flanks (sides) and abdomen. We choose zones where you want less volume so you get a slimmer contour there and more volume in the buttocks.

Is there a risk of rejection?

No. The transferred tissue is your own fat, so your body does not reject it. There are no implants or foreign material—only your own cells.

When can I sit normally?

We advise avoiding prolonged direct sitting on the buttocks for a few weeks so the transferred fat can establish a blood supply. You can use a special pillow or lie on your side when resting. We give you a clear timeline.
