Dr. Ö.S

Born in Adana in 1983, Dr. Ömer Sağur graduated from Bilfen High School and began medical school at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in 2003, completing his degree in 2010.

After medical school he achieved a strong result in the national surgical specialty exam (TUS) and earned a place in the plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery residency programme at Acıbadem University Faculty of Medicine. During training he worked with experienced professors across Turkey and also gained exposure as a surgical assistant in a private aesthetic surgery clinic.

He volunteered in Sudan for a period, performing cleft lip and palate operations.

To advance his surgical skills he travelled to the United States, observing Dr. Daniel C. Baker in New York and Dr. Constantino Mendieta in Miami, and took part in numerous aesthetic procedures with these experienced surgeons.

Having personally performed thousands of aesthetic, reconstructive and hand surgery operations, he completed his specialty training in July 2015, including a thesis on therapeutic effects in an experimental rat study.

He is an active member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and the Turkish Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

He is certified by the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and received AB quality approval in April 2016.
